ตราบใดหุ้นทั้งหลายยังมิได้ชำระเงินเต็มจำนวน ท่านว่าตราบนั้นบริษัทจะลงพิมพ์หรือแสดงจำนวนต้นทุนของบริษัทในหนังสืออย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดเช่นในคำบอกกล่าวป่าวร้องก็ดี ในตั๋วเงินและบัญชีสิ่งของก็ดี ในจดหมายก็ดี ต้องแสดงไว้ให้ชัดเจนด้วยในทีเดียวกันว่า จำนวนเงินต้นทุนได้ชำระแล้วเพียงกี่ส่วน๒. กรรมการ

As long as the shares have not been fully paid up, the company may not print or mention the capital of the company in any notice, advertisement, bills, invoices, letters or other documents, without clearly mentioning at the same time what proportion of such capital has been paid up. 2.
