อันหนังสือบอกกล่าวซึ่งบริษัทจะพึงส่งถึงผู้ถือหุ้นนั้น ถ้าว่าได้ส่งมอบให้แล้วถึงตัวก็ดี หรือส่งไปโดยทางไปรษณีย์สลักหลังถึงสำนักอาศัยของผู้ถือหุ้นดังที่ปรากฏในทะเบียนของบริษัทแล้วก็ดี ท่านให้ถือว่าเป็นอันได้ส่งชอบแล้ว
