Une fondation est dissoute : 1. Pour une cause prévue par la réglementation, ou 2. Si elle a été constituée pour une durée déterminée, à l’expiration de cette durée, ou 3. Si elle a été constituée pour un objet quelconque, lorsque cet objet est atteint ou devient impossible, ou 4. En cas de faillite de la fondation, ou 5. Par une ordonnance du tribunal ordonnant la dissolution de la fondation en vertu de l’article 131.
