ในกรณีที่มีการแยกสินสมรสโดยคำสั่งศาล การยกเลิกการแยกสินสมรสให้กระทำได้เมื่อคู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งร้องขอต่อศาล และศาลได้มีคำสั่งให้ยกเลิก แต่ถ้าคู่สมรสอีกฝ่ายคัดค้านศาลจะสั่งยกเลิกการแยกสินสมรสได้ต่อเมื่อเหตุแห่งการแยกสินสมรสได้สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว
เมื่อมีการยกเลิกการแยกสินสมรสตามวรรคหนึ่ง หรือการแยกสินสมรสสิ้นสุดลง เพราะคู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งพ้นจากการเป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ให้ทรัพย์สินที่เป็นสินส่วนตัวอยู่ในวันที่ศาลมีคำสั่ง หรือในวันที่พ้นจากการเป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ยังคงเป็นสินส่วนตัวต่อไปตามเดิม

Where the marital property has been separated by order of the court, the separation may be revoked on the application of either spouse to the court and by order of the court; but if the other spouse objects, the court may revoke the separation only when the cause of the separation has ceased.
When the separation is revoked under paragraph one, or the separation ends because a spouse has ceased to be bankrupt, property which is personal property on the day of the court's order, or on the day that spouse ceased to be bankrupt, remains personal property as before.
