Property of the spouses acquired during marriage, as defined in Sections 1474-1492 of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code. Sin somros is owned jointly and managed together; on divorce it is divided equally unless otherwise agreed in a registered prenuptial agreement. Inheritance, gifts, and property owned before marriage remain sin suan tua (separate personal property).
