การสมรสที่ได้กระทำไปโดยคู่สมรสฝ่ายหนึ่งสำคัญผิดตัวคู่สมรส การสมรสนั้นเป็นโมฆียะสิทธิขอเพิกถอนการสมรสเพราะสำคัญผิดตัวคู่สมรสเป็นอันระงับเมื่อเวลาได้ผ่านพ้นไปแล้วเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันสมรส

English translation
A marriage which is made on account of mistake as to the identity of the other spouse shall be deemed to be voidable. The right to apply for cancellation of the marriage on account of mistake as to the identity of the spouse shall be terminated after the lapse of ninety days from the date of marriage.
