การสมรสที่เป็นโมฆียะเพราะฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียขอให้เพิกถอนการสมรสได้ แต่บิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองที่ให้ความยินยอมแล้วจะขอให้เพิกถอนการสมรสไม่ได้
ถ้าศาลมิได้สั่งให้เพิกถอนการสมรสจนบุคคลทั้งสองมีอายุครบตามมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ หรือในกรณีการสมรสระหว่างชายหญิง เมื่อหญิงมีครรภ์ก่อนอายุครบตามมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ ให้ถือว่าการสมรสสมบูรณ์มาตั้งแต่เวลาสมรส

English translation
A marriage which is voidable for contravening Section 1448 may be annulled on the application of an interested person; but a parent or a guardian who has given consent cannot apply for annulment.
If the court has not ordered the annulment of the marriage before both persons have reached the age under Section 1448, or, in the case of a marriage between a man and a woman, when the woman becomes pregnant before reaching that age, the marriage is deemed to have been valid from the time of the marriage.
