Un mariage est annulable s'il a été contracté par les époux en raison d'un dol tel que, sans celui-ci, il n'aurait pas été conclu. Les dispositions du premier paragraphe ne s'appliquent pas lorsque l'un des époux ignorait le dol commis par un tiers. Le droit de demander l'annulation du mariage pour cause de dol s'éteint quatre-vingt-dix jours après la date à laquelle l'époux a eu connaissance, ou aurait dû avoir connaissance, du dol, ou un an après la date du mariage.
