การร้องขอค่าอุปการะเลี้ยงดูบุตรหรือขอให้บุตรได้รับการอุปการะเลี้ยงดูโดยประการอื่น นอกจากอัยการจะยกคดีขึ้นว่ากล่าวตามมาตรา ๑๕๖๒ แล้ว บิดาหรือมารดาจะนำคดีขึ้นว่ากล่าวก็ได้
