Des intérêts seront dus sur la somme que le tuteur ou le pupille doit rembourser à l'autre, à compter de la date de remise du compte de tutelle. Si le tuteur a disposé des fonds du pupille à des fins autres que celles de ce dernier, il devra payer des intérêts sur ces fonds à compter du jour où il en a disposé.
