ถ้าข้อกำหนดพินัยกรรมตั้งผู้รับพินัยกรรมโดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าให้ผู้รับพินัยกรรมจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินที่ยกให้โดยพินัยกรรมนั้นแก่บุคคลอื่น ให้ถือว่าเงื่อนไขนั้นเป็นอันไม่มีเลย

English translation
If a testamentary disposition appoints a legatee upon the condition that the latter shall dispose of the property bequeathed in favour of a third person, such condition shall be deemed non-existent.
