Si une période est exprimée en fraction d'année, on calcule d'abord la fraction d'année en mois, puis la fraction de mois, le cas échéant, en jours. Pour le calcul d'une fraction de mois aux termes des paragraphes 1 et 2, trente jours sont considérés comme un mois.
