บุคคลผู้อยู่ในโรงเรือนต้องรับผิดชอบในความเสียหายอันเกิดเพราะของตกหล่นจากโรงเรือนนั้น หรือเพราะทิ้งขว้างของไปตกในที่อันมิควร
