ถ้าเจ้าหนี้มีทรัพย์ของลูกหนี้ยึดถือไว้เป็นประกันไซร้ เมื่อผู้ค้ำประกันร้องขอ ท่านว่าเจ้าหนี้จะต้องให้ชำระหนี้เอาจากทรัพย์ซึ่งเป็นประกันนั้นก่อน
