Statutory text (Thai original)
ผู้ค้ำประกันจะขอชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ตั้งแต่เมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระก็ได้ ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ยอมรับชำระหนี้ ผู้ค้ำประกันก็เป็นอันหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิด
