Statutory text (Thai original)
ผู้ค้ำประกันจะขอชำระหนี้แก่เจ้าหนี้ตั้งแต่เมื่อถึงกำหนดชำระก็ได้ ถ้าเจ้าหนี้ไม่ยอมรับชำระหนี้ ผู้ค้ำประกันก็เป็นอันหลุดพ้นจากความรับผิด

English translation
The surety may offer to perform the obligation to the creditor from the time it falls due.
If the creditor refuses to accept performance, the surety is released from liability.
