ในเหตุฉุกเฉิน เพื่อจะป้องกันมิให้ตัวการต้องเสียหาย ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าตัวแทนจะทำการใด ๆ เช่นอย่างวิญญูชนจะพึงกระทำ ก็ย่อมมีอำนาจจะทำได้ทั้งสิ้น
