Le mandataire titulaire d'un pouvoir général peut accomplir tous les actes de gestion au nom de son mandant. Il ne peut toutefois pas : (1) vendre ou hypothéquer un bien immobilier ; (2) louer un bien immobilier pour une durée supérieure à trois ans ; (3) faire une donation ; (4) conclure un accord transactionnel ; (5) intenter une action en justice ; (6) soumettre un différend à l'arbitrage.
