Statutory text (Thai original)
อันสัญญาตัวแทนย่อมระงับสิ้นไปด้วยตัวการถอนตัวแทน หรือด้วยตัวแทนบอกเลิกเป็นตัวแทนอนึ่ง สัญญาตัวแทนย่อมระงับสิ้นไป เมื่อคู่สัญญาฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งตาย หรือตกเป็นผู้ไร้ความสามารถ หรือล้มละลาย เว้นแต่จะปรากฏว่าขัดกับข้อสัญญาหรือสภาพแห่งกิจการนั้น

Agency is extinguished by the principal revoking or by the agent renouncing the agency. It is also extinguished when either party dies or becomes incapacitated or bankrupt, unless the contrary appears from the terms of the agreement or the nature of the business.
