ในกรณีบอกล้างสัญญาตามความในมาตรา ๘๖๕ ผู้รับประกันภัยต้องคืนค่าไถ่ถอนกรมธรรม์ประกันภัยให้แก่ผู้เอาประกันภัยหรือทายาทของผู้นั้น
