ถ้าผู้ทรงตั๋วแลกเงินยอมผ่อนเวลาให้แก่ผู้จ่ายไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ทรงสิ้นสิทธิที่จะไล่เบี้ยเอาแก่ผู้เป็นคู่สัญญาคนก่อน ๆ ซึ่งมิได้ตกลงในการผ่อนเวลานั้น
