ผู้ถือหุ้นคนใดยังมิได้ชำระเงินค่าหุ้นซึ่งบริษัทได้เรียกเอาแต่ตนให้เสร็จสิ้น ท่านว่าผู้ถือหุ้นคนนั้นไม่มีสิทธิออกเสียงเป็นคะแนน
