คณะกรรมการบริษัทต้องขอจดทะเบียนการแปรสภาพเป็นบริษัทจำกัดต่อนายทะเบียน ภายในสิบสี่วันนับแต่วันที่ได้ดำเนินการตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๖/๓ ครบถ้วนแล้ว ในการขอจดทะเบียนแปรสภาพเป็นบริษัทจำกัด คณะกรรมการต้องยื่นรายงานการประชุมที่ผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนได้ร่วมกันพิจารณาให้ความยินยอมและดำเนินการแปรสภาพห้างหุ้นส่วนเป็นบริษัทจำกัดตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๖/๒ หนังสือบริคณห์สนธิ ข้อบังคับ และบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้น พร้อมกับการขอจดทะเบียนด้วย

English translation
The board of directors must apply to the registrar to register the conversion into a limited company within fourteen days from the day on which the steps under Section 1246/3 have been completed.
On applying, the board must submit the minutes of the meeting at which the partners considered, consented to and carried out the conversion under Section 1246/2, together with the memorandum of association, the articles of association and the list of shareholders.
