L’ordre du jour de l’assemblée générale est le suivant : (1) confirmer la qualité de liquidateur des administrateurs ou associés gérants, ou nommer d’autres liquidateurs pour les remplacer ; et (2) adopter le bilan. L’assemblée générale peut charger les liquidateurs d’établir un inventaire ou de prendre toute autre mesure qu’elle jugera opportune pour le règlement des affaires de la société.
