ค่าธรรมเนียม ค่าภาระติดพัน และค่าใช้จ่ายซึ่งต้องเสียโดยควรในการชำระบัญชีนั้น ท่านว่าผู้ชำระบัญชีต้องจัดการใช้ก่อนหนี้เงินรายอื่น ๆ
