สิทธิอาศัยนั้นถ้ามิได้จำกัดไว้ชัดแจ้งว่าให้เพื่อประโยชน์แก่ผู้อาศัยเฉพาะตัวไซร้ บุคคลในครอบครัวและในครัวเรือนของผู้อาศัยจะอยู่ด้วยก็ได้
