การที่ผู้ใช้อำนาจปกครองถูกถอนอำนาจปกครองบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด ไม่เป็นเหตุให้ผู้นั้นพ้นจากหน้าที่อุปการะเลี้ยงดูผู้เยาว์ตามกฎหมาย
