ถ้าหนี้เงินได้แสดงไว้เป็นเงินต่างประเทศ ท่านว่าจะส่งใช้เป็นเงินไทยก็ได้การเปลี่ยนเงินนี้ ให้คิดตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงิน ณ สถานที่และในเวลาที่ใช้เงิน

English translation
If a money debt is expressed in a foreign currency, payment may be made in Thai currency. The commutation is made according to the rate of exchange current in the place of payment at the time of payment.
