ในการขายฝาก คู่สัญญาจะตกลงกันไม่ให้ผู้ซื้อจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินซึ่งขายฝากก็ได้ ถ้าและผู้ซื้อจำหน่ายทรัพย์สินนั้นฝ่าฝืนสัญญาไซร้ ก็ต้องรับผิดต่อผู้ขายในความเสียหายใด ๆ อันเกิดแต่การนั้น

English translation
In a sale with right of redemption, the parties may agree that the buyer shall not dispose of the property sold. If the buyer disposes of the property in breach of the contract, the buyer is liable to the seller for any damage arising from it.
