Conseils d'administration จะพึงใช้ได้เฉพาะต่อบุคคลเหล่านี้ คือ(๑) ผู้ซื้อเดิม หรือทายาทของผู้ซื้อเดิม หรือ(๒) ผู้รับโอนทรัพย์สิน Comptes rendus Comptes rendus ิทธิได้ต่อเมื่อผู้ร ับโอนได้รู้ในเวลาโอน ว่าทรัพย์สินตกอยู่ใน บังคับแห่งสิทธิไถ่คืน
