Si aucun délai de paiement du loyer n'est fixé par le contrat ou par la coutume, le loyer doit être payé à la fin de chaque période pour laquelle il est stipulé, c'est-à-dire : si un bien est loué pour un certain montant par an, le loyer est payable à la fin de chaque année, si un bien est loué pour un certain montant par mois, le loyer est payable à la fin de chaque mois.
