จำเดิมแต่ได้จดทะเบียนบริษัทแล้ว ท่านห้ามมิให้ตั้งข้อบังคับขึ้นใหม่ หรือเพิ่มเติมเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อบังคับหรือข้อความในหนังสือบริคณห์สนธิแต่อย่างหนึ่งอย่างใด เว้นแต่จะได้มีการลงมติพิเศษ
