อันบัญชีงบดุลนั้น ท่านว่าต้องทำอย่างน้อยครั้งหนึ่งทุกรอบสิบสองเดือน คือเมื่อเวลาสุดรอบสิบสองเดือนอันจัดว่าเป็นขวบปีในทางบัญชีเงินของบริษัทนั้นอนึ่ง งบดุลต้องมีรายการย่อแสดงจำนวนสินทรัพย์และหนี้สินของบริษัทกับทั้งบัญชีกำไรและขาดทุน

English translation
A balance-sheet must be made at least once every twelve months, at the end of such twelve months as constitute the financial year of the company. It must contain a summary of the assets and liabilities of the company and a profit and loss account.
