ในกรณีที่คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งมีอำนาจจัดการสินสมรสแต่ฝ่ายเดียว ถ้าคู่สมรสฝ่ายนั้นจะกระทำหรือกำลังกระทำการอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งในการจัดการสินสมรสอันพึงเห็นได้ว่าจะเกิดความเสียหายถึงขนาด อีกฝ่ายหนึ่งอาจร้องขอให้ศาลสั่งห้ามมิให้กระทำการนั้นได้

English translation
Where one spouse has the sole power to manage the marital property, and that spouse is about to do or is doing any act of management which can be foreseen to cause serious damage, the other spouse may apply to the court for an order prohibiting that act.
