Aucun époux ne peut saisir ou bloquer les biens de l'autre pendant le mariage, sauf dans le cadre d'une procédure engagée pour l'exercice de ses fonctions ou pour le maintien des droits entre époux, conformément aux dispositions du présent Code ou aux dispositions permettant à un époux d'intenter une action en justice contre l'autre, ou pour le versement d'une pension alimentaire et le remboursement des frais ordonnés par le tribunal.
