เมื่อผู้ถือหุ้นยื่นคำร้องขอให้เรียกประชุมวิสามัญดังได้กล่าวมาในมาตราก่อนนี้แล้ว ให้กรรมการเรียกประชุมโดยพลัน ถ้าและกรรมการมิได้เรียกประชุมภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันยื่นคำร้องไซร้ ผู้ถือหุ้นทั้งหลายซึ่งเป็นผู้ร้อง หรือผู้ถือหุ้นคนอื่น ๆ รวมกันได้จำนวนดังบังคับไว้นั้นจะเรียกประชุมเองก็ได้

English translation
Whenever a requisition for the summoning of an extraordinary meeting is made by the shareholders according to the last preceding section, the directors shall forthwith summon such meeting. If the meeting is not summoned within thirty days after the date of the requisition, the requisitionist, or any other shareholder amounting to the required number, may themselves summon it.
