คำบอกกล่าวเรียกประชุมใหญ่ให้ส่งทางไปรษณีย์ตอบรับไปยังผู้ถือหุ้นทุกคนที่มีชื่อในทะเบียนของบริษัทก่อนวันนัดประชุมไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวัน แต่ในกรณีที่บริษัทมีหุ้นชนิดที่มีใบหุ้นออกให้แก่ผู้ถือ ให้โฆษณาในหนังสือพิมพ์แห่งท้องที่อย่างน้อยหนึ่งครั้งหรือในสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง ก่อนวันนัดประชุมไม่น้อยกว่าเจ็ดวันด้วย หากเป็นคำบอกกล่าวเรียกประชุมใหญ่เพื่อลงมติพิเศษให้กระทำการดังกล่าว ก่อนวันนัดประชุมไม่น้อยกว่าสิบสี่วัน คำบอกกล่าวเรียกประชุมใหญ่นั้น ให้ระบุสถานที่ วัน เวลา และสภาพแห่งกิจการที่จะได้ประชุมปรึกษากัน และในกรณีที่เป็นคำบอกกล่าวเรียกประชุมใหญ่เพื่อลงมติพิเศษให้ระบุข้อความที่จะนำเสนอให้ลงมติด้วย

English translation
Notice calling a general meeting shall be sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt to every shareholder named in the company's register not less than seven days before the date of the meeting. Where the company has shares for which share certificates have been issued to bearer, the notice shall in addition be published at least once in a local newspaper, or in electronic media in accordance with the rules and procedure prescribed by ministerial regulation, not less than seven days before that date. Where the notice calls a general meeting to pass a special resolution, this must be done not less than fourteen days before that date.
The notice must state the place, the day, the hour and the nature of the business to be transacted; and where it calls a meeting to pass a special resolution, it must also state the text of the resolution to be proposed.
