Si aucun délai d'exécution n'est fixé ni ne peut être déduit des circonstances, le créancier peut exiger l'exécution immédiate et le débiteur peut s'exécuter sans délai. Si un délai est fixé, il est présumé, en cas de doute, que le créancier ne peut exiger l'exécution avant ce délai ; le débiteur peut toutefois s'exécuter plus tôt.
