ผู้เช่าจะบอกเลิกสัญญาในเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่งก็ได้ ด้วยส่งมอบทรัพย์สินกลับคืนให้แก่เจ้าของโดยเสียค่าใช้จ่ายของตนเอง
