Whoever does anything to a building, a dockyard, a parking place for vehicles or for public vessels, a mooring buoy, a structure, machinery, mechanical equipment, an electrical line, or a thing made for the prevention of danger to persons or to property, so as to be likely to cause danger to another person, shall be liable to imprisonment not exceeding five years, or a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand baht, or both.
