การชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียน หรือห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดหรือบริษัทจำกัดซึ่งล้มละลายนั้น ให้จัดทำไปตามบทกฎหมายลักษณะล้มละลายที่คงใช้อยู่ตามแต่จะทำได้ รัฐมนตรีเจ้าหน้าที่จะออกกฎกระทรวงว่าด้วยการชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนและบริษัท และกำหนดอัตราค่าฤชาธรรมเนียมก็ออกได้

English translation
The liquidation of a bankrupt registered pertnership, limited partnership or limited company shall be made, as far as practicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Bankruptcy for the time being in force. The competent Minister shall issue Ministerial Regulations governing the liquidation of partnership and companies and determining the rate of fees for this purpose.
