ถ้าสินสมรสใดเป็นจำพวกที่ระบุไว้ในมาตรา ๔๕๖ แห่งประมวลกฎหมายนี้ หรือที่มีเอกสารเป็นสำคัญ คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งจะร้องขอให้ลงชื่อตนเป็นเจ้าของรวมกันในเอกสารนั้นก็ได้
