การสมรสที่เป็นโมฆะ เพราะฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๔๕๒ บุคคลผู้มีส่วนได้เสียคนใดคนหนึ่งจะกล่าวอ้างขึ้น หรือจะร้องขอให้ศาลพิพากษาว่าการสมรสเป็นโมฆะก็ได้
