Annotation de l'entreprise
Article 1500 is the master list, there's no fourth route to legal singlehood for a married person. "Annulment" (§1494+) is reserved for marriages that were defective from the start (lacking capacity, invalid form, force, mistake); "divorce" (§1514+) ends an otherwise valid marriage. Separation, even years of separation, is NOT termination. Foreign clients who left a Thai spouse abroad and assumed time would dissolve the marriage are still legally married in Thailand and must pursue divorce.
