Après le mariage, le contrat prénuptial ne peut être modifié que sur autorisation du tribunal. Lorsqu'une décision définitive du tribunal ordonne la modification ou l'annulation du contrat prénuptial, le tribunal en informe l'officier d'état civil afin que cette modification soit inscrite au registre des mariages.
