บุคคลต่อไปนี้จะเป็นผู้จัดการมรดกไม่ได้(๑) ผู้ซึ่งยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะ(๒) บุคคลวิกลจริต หรือบุคคลซึ่งศาลสั่งให้เป็นผู้เสมือนไร้ความสามารถ(๓) บุคคลซึ่งศาลสั่งให้เป็นคนล้มละลาย

English translation
The following persons cannot be administrators of an estate:
(1) persons who have not yet reached majority;
(2) persons of unsound mind, or persons whom the court has adjudged quasi-incompetent;
(3) persons whom the court has adjudged bankrupt.
