ถ้าความเสียหายได้เกิดขึ้นเพราะความผิดอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดของผู้ต้องเสียหายประกอบด้วยไซร้ ท่านให้นำบทบัญญัติแห่งมาตรา ๒๒๓ มาใช้บังคับ โดยอนุโลม
