Aucun dividende ne peut être déclaré sans une résolution adoptée en assemblée générale. Les administrateurs peuvent verser périodiquement aux actionnaires des dividendes intérimaires qu'ils jugent justifiés par les bénéfices de la société. Aucun dividende ne peut être versé autrement que sur les bénéfices. Si la société a subi des pertes, aucun dividende ne peut être versé tant que ces pertes n'ont pas été comblées.
