คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งมีสิทธิฟ้อง ต่อสู้ หรือดำเนินคดีเกี่ยวกับการสงวนบำรุงรักษาสินสมรส หรือเพื่อประโยชน์แก่สินสมรส หนี้อันเกิดแต่การฟ้อง ต่อสู้ หรือดำเนินคดีดังกล่าว ให้ถือว่าเป็นหนี้ที่คู่สมรสเป็นลูกหนี้ร่วมกัน

Either spouse has the right to sue, to defend, or to conduct proceedings concerning the preservation and maintenance of the marital property, or for the benefit of the marital property. A debt arising from such a suit, defence or proceedings is deemed to be a debt for which the spouses are jointly liable.
