L’héritier qui, frauduleusement ou en sachant qu’il porte préjudice aux autres héritiers, détourne ou dissimule des biens d’une valeur égale ou supérieure à sa part successorale, est exclu de la succession de plein droit. S’il détourne ou dissimule une valeur inférieure à sa part successorale, il est exclu de la succession à concurrence de la part ainsi détournée ou dissimulée. Le présent article ne s’applique pas au légataire auquel un bien spécifique a été légué, en ce qui concerne son droit de recevoir ce bien.
