ผู้ใดใช้กำลังประทุษร้ายหรือขู่เข็ญว่าจะใช้กำลังประทุษร้ายเพื่อ
(๑) ล้มล้างหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงรัฐธรรมนูญ
(๒) ล้มล้างอำนาจนิติบัญญัติ อำนาจบริหาร หรืออำนาจตุลาการแห่งรัฐธรรมนูญ หรือให้ใช้อำนาจดังกล่าวแล้วไม่ได้ หรือ
(๓) แบ่งแยกราชอาณาจักรหรือยึดอำนาจปกครองในส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดแห่งราชอาณาจักร
ต้องระวางโทษประหารชีวิต หรือจำคุกตลอดชีวิต

Whoever uses force or threatens to use force in order to:
(1) Overthrow or change the Constitution;
(2) Overthrow the legislative, executive or judicial power of the State as established by the Constitution, or to render such power unable to function; or
(3) Dismember the Kingdom or seize the governing power of any part of the Kingdom,
shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
